How do I earn stars?+

Find the optimal (best possible) value for each puzzle. You get 3 stars on the first attempt, 2 stars on attempts 2-4, and 1 star on attempt 5+.

What is the optimal value?+

It's the highest total value you can achieve without exceeding the backpack's weight capacity. The game calculates this for each puzzle — your goal is to match it.

How does the Daily Quiz work?+

Every day at midnight UTC, a new puzzle is generated. Every player in the world gets the same puzzle. Your rank is based on how many attempts you need and how fast you solve it.

What is the Weekly Arena?+

Every week, a brand-new themed arena of puzzles is available for all players. Climb the weekly leaderboard before the timer resets to earn medals.

How do friend challenges work?+

Add a friend with their username, send them a puzzle, and see who packs the best bag. Both players solve the same puzzle and results are compared once both have played.

What are battles?+

Battles are ranked PvP matches against players close to your rank. Climb the ladder from Rookie to Grandmaster by winning duels on shared puzzles.

Can I play offline?+

Yes. Adventure mode and puzzle solving work fully offline. Daily quizzes, battles, weekly arenas and friend challenges require an internet connection. Offline progress syncs when you reconnect.

Do I need an account?+

No — you can play the entire adventure anonymously. You only need an account for cross-device sync, friend challenges and ranked battles.

How do I unlock new arenas?+

Complete all levels in the current arena (including the boss level) to unlock the next one.

What are Naps?+

Naps are collectible companions you can unlock in My Nap'Sac by spending stars. They are cute characters that live in your backpack world.

How do I change the language?+

Open Settings inside the app and pick from 11 supported languages, including a playful 'Napish' mascot language.

How do I delete my data?+

Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To request deletion of server-side data, email us at the address below — we delete accounts within 30 days.
